    •    Custom Orders: Items made based on personal preferences or custom measurements are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    1.    Order Timeframe
All custom orders require 2 to 3 weeks for production and delivery. Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen factors.
    2.    Non-refundable Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm and start your order. This deposit is strictly non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel or change the order later.
